ERROR: Registry Key 'Software\JavaSoft\Java Runtime Environment'\CurrentVersion' has value '1.8', but '1.7' is required.

원인 : 다수의 JAVA 버전이 설치 되어 있어서!!! 

해결

 1. 윈도우 키 + R - "regedit" 실행

 2. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE - SOFTWARE - JavaSoft - Java Runtime Environment

 3. CurrentValue 사용할 자바 버전으로 값 수정

다시 version을 보면

1. 개발 환경 설정(1)

* maven 없이 spring 사용하기

* 만들어야 하는 폴더 구조

  

2. WEB-INF 내의 lib 폴더에 라이브러리 추가 

    1) springframework( 사용하려는 버전에 맞춰서)

    2) jstl

    3) commons-logging
